Going nuts everytime a check engine light goes on, is nothing new. Everyone’s busy and cannot possibly have enough time to go check your car or truck whenever this happens, so you take it with good will to your “loyal” mechanic and he checks it over and a famous one liner that you’ve heard before utters his lips, you know, something like, “Good thing you brought it over, I don’t think it would have lasted another mile.” Or something like that.

Everything i need to qualify for to join the marines?

im 15 years old and im dead set on joining the United States Marine Corps!! i just need to know what i need to do to be able to join now…im planning on joining my senior year and going to boot camp right after i graduate. i need to know of everything that i have to qualify for to be able to join. i know that i have to take a test called the ‘ASVAB’ but im not exactly positive on anything else. like what kind of grades i need to physical fitness (which i know is very demanding) to college. im planning on after the military at joining the police or border patrol…like if i still need to go to college to do that…or i was thinking on being an auto mechanic which i can start in the military, but what type of college and how many years……im also from Wisconsin if there are any questions that rely on the state that i live in. all of your answers are much appreciated!!!!

The guy who answered before me is absolutely right minus the opinion on what your chosen MOS should be. Also prepare for the Marine PFT. 3-Mile Run; Pullups and Situps. Grades aren’t really a big deal unless you plan on becoming an officer just be sure to graduate. By the way the better shape you’re in the easier Boot Camp will be.
